The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean, truly a surprise given the overall exterior. The fridge and microwave were handy for quick meals. Warm water and solid pressure in the shower made mornings much more bearable.

The room was warm with good shower pressure, and the staff responded quickly to my request for a clock radio. However, the neighborhood had an unsettling vibe, and there was noticeable noise from the air conditioning.

The disrepair of the building screams for renovations!!! All outlets were broken, and there was no easy access for charging devices!!! A luggage rack would be a basic necessity, not having one made it frustrating to access belongings!!! The place felt filthy, with issues like stained towels and a dirty tub!!!

The Suite was a real steal! I was impressed with the clean room and comfy beds. Plus, the sauna hit the spot after a long day exploring.

But just a heads up, those Do Not Disturb signs would come in handy—housekeeping almost barged in while we were getting ready! Also, sound travels way too well. I heard every laugh next door and kids playing outside.

while the location is simply fine, the state of the room is alarming—a moldy tub and dusty conditions do not scream comfort! i also expected a complimentary upgrade for enduring such conditions but apparently, that's too much to ask. one night in this hovel woudl ve been enough if i hadn't paid so much. just couldn't recommend it.

The stay was pleasant with ample space for my large family, including our two dogs. The location was perfect for enjoying nearby spots, like the Blue Jays games just a short drive away. Plus, having IKEA and Sherway Gardens close by was a nice touch.

Mahesh at the front desk helped me when I arrived. He was friendly and gave me solid info about my room for a smooth check-in.
